Damn it. We almost had a sexy up skirt picture from Cheryl Cole Tweedy. It turns out she is to classy for that. I guess she hasn't taken lessons from Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears on how to open your legs as far as possible when getting out of a car and wearing a skirt. Oh and you can throw in the no wearing panties part also. I guess we can only hope that Cheryl Tweedy gets real hammered one night and forgets her manners so we can get a good upskirt picture.
